The Process
We first identify what your online business needs are (and identify which plan works best for you if you're not certain). From there we can discuss how you want your website to look and feel.
Once a design path is agreed upon we can get to work. Before the work begins, we require one payment equal to the cost of your plan upfront. After this initial payment you will be charged on the 1st of each month.
If your business does not have a domain name (i.e., taco-joe.example.com), then we discuss what options are available. Once decided we purchase the domain.
If you wish to have a custom email address, we can set this up as well.
We will provide a link to a preview of your website as it is developed. This preview site will not be discoverable by the public and it will not have the same domain as the one we purchased. It gives you full transparency into the progress of the work and lets us work better together to course-correct if our design isn't looking as imagined.
Finally, after the build is complete we publish your website to either a domain you already own or the domain we purchased for you.
From here on we continue to keep your website up-to-date and lightning fast. If you ever need an adjustment made to the website, whether it is a design tweak or copy update, simply contact one of our team. They will update your site ASAP free of charge!
If your business ever finds a need for a new page, let us know. This may increase the cost of your subscription, but the design and build of the new page is otherwise cost-free.
After the first year we can discuss a reduced subscription fee. This reduced fee will be according to the costs and labor of simply maintaining your site. However if you ever wish to redesign the site, we would bring you back onto one of our plans for another year.
